The brief
Kitsch is a premium lifestyle and beauty eCommerce brand with 3+ million monthly visits and millions in monthly revenue. Its storefront has to stay fast and convert well under heavy traffic.
What I did
As a senior full-stack developer, I built custom Shopify theme features in Liquid, integrated Constructor for search and product discovery, implemented A/B testing, and built TikTok and Pinterest integrations for social commerce.
Outcome
I led site speed optimizations that took the Lighthouse score above 90, improving performance and conversion rates at scale.
